Why choose a VoIP phone system over your standard PABX system?

There are many reasons for opting for a hosted solution.

A hosted comms platform, previously called VoIP, is a phone solution based in a data centre and not in your office. You can access it from anywhere using either a wireless or an ethernet connection with the correct credentials.
There is no upfront hardware costs to replicate a massive old-style phone system. With Hosted Comms you pay monthly for access and with our solution a handset is included. making it a very cost effective solution.
We don’t tie you into lengthy multiyear contracts, 30 days is our minimum term.
With phone numbers we can usually port your existing numbers into our platform, this usually takes about 10 working days, there is very little you need to do and we do most of the work for you. If you want a new range of numbers we can provide them, they don’t even need to be local to you.
Adding and removing users is a fairly quick process. If it’s urgent then we can usually get it done within an hour if no handset is required, so the user is up and running quickly using the mobile apps.
As this is a hosted solution, there is no expensive hardware to maintain. All you have on premise are the handsets, which we replace if faulty.
